What we collect

When you send the Request a quote form, we receive your name, phone number, email address and what you write about your job. When you call, WhatsApp or email us, we receive the details you choose to share. We do not ask for payment details on this website.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange your equipment hire. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.

Where it is kept

Form messages are sent to our business email inbox. The website itself is hosted by Hostinger.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not use visitor analytics.

Other services

The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which can see your IP address. The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, and the directions buttons open Google Maps. Those services follow their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for 12 months, then delete them, unless we need them for an active hire.

Your rights

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email info@hugoscaffolds.com and we will reply.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
